It's not. If you had looked at the posts, this forum moves pretty quickly.

What the shit, I go to sleep and this happens.

I do hope what LRL wrote is true, but I highly doubt it.

Please, can we drop it? I'm not trying to be rude but I'd rather stop looking at life through the rear view mirror.
At least two thirds of our miseries spring from human stupidity, human malice and those great motivators and justifiers of malice and stupidity, idealism, dogmatism and proselytizing zeal on behalf of religious or political idols.

Now you know how I feel Dark.
I'm not soulless. I have plenty of souls. They're just not mine.

Sorry :( I've wanted to use that analogy for a long time. ;)

So how about that Earthquake in Haiti

My school has been running some charity programs, but some people have been arguing that we shouldn't try to help Haiti. They think the people should be taken to another place and the entire nation of Haiti should be abandoned.

Apparently Haiti isn't very good at sustaining itself or something, they have like, zero farmland.

The earthquake was a horrible thing, don't get me wrong, and I feel sorry for the people that live there, but for some reason, I'm not really affected by it...

I know, I know, I must be a horrible person, but I guess I'm so used to things like this happening in unfortunate parts of the world that it doesn't affect me anymore

Didn't they beat the shit out of two Red Cross workers and chase them out of the nation in the past?

I bet they're probably wishing they didn't do that in the past, huh.
