Mustard gas wasn't only used in WWI.

Saddam Hussein used it on one of his own towns.

Of course it was banned. That's why Saddam covered it up.

Also, Israelis used white phosphorous shells in the Gaza Strip and tried to cover that up, but the spent shells were discovered.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, most of my knowledge from weaponry comes from video games... but isn't white phosphor still used in some types of grenades?
Smoke.

I don't believe in rules of war. Once the actual declaration is made, all bets are off. Civilians are providing taxes, jobs, and other resources to their respective war efforts. Dispense of them as you wish.

Cyanide compounds, at therapeutic levels, are quite effective as cancer treatments. I recall an old pharmacist that had several benign spots on his face. He went to a tree in his backyard and stripped off some bark. Once blending it and mixing it with milk, he downed the concoction for a few days. Those spots would soon fall off of his cheek.
Hello world; goodbye planet.

I'm a natural diplomat so I don't believe in war.

However, if somebody pisses me off, I will rip off their head, and then I'll sh!t down their throat.

You act like they won't be punished if they refuse to do this. Have you never heard of being taken up on charges of treason?

Yes, some people would do it because they're in favour of the war effort but most people do it because they simply have to. It's that or leave the country.

Even thinking like that would have your country bombed by every other country in the world in real life. Ten times over.

Subject to minor exaggeration.

One of the reasons so many people got involved in WW2 was that the Germans were breaking the laws of the Geneva Convention. Turns out when nations get together to build a charter of conduct, they take it seriously.

1)World War II never would of happened if Germany wasn't allowed to do ANYTHING after World War I. And I mean that brought them into a state of huge economic depression

2) Geneva Convention was made after World War II
