Or alternatively, he drank non-lethal cyanide.

Isn't cyanide a solid?
((Away, to the internet!))

Some cyanides are soluble in water, although there aren't many of them.

Neat to know, I guess. Anyone want a free glass of water?
Back on topic, somehow, chemical warfare: Necessary or avoidable, depending on the potency?

Chemical warfare = big fucking no. War is bad enough already, those chemicals really fuck people up.

I don't know, I have opinions on it but I don't feel right saying them because I don't know really... anything, about war and tactics and all those things involved.
If it was such a huge threat we wouldn't be able to have a chance to stop it unless we used chemical warfare, I guess it's not that bad. But how do we know what's a huge enough threat to warrant it and who decides when to use it? For me it's just a bad idea because I don't like the use of weapons like that in general, even if it's for the greater good. I'm such a pansy booty~

Mustard Gas is a weapon of mass destruction used in World War I, basically, a mustard coloured gas would be spread across trenches from Howitzers from the other trench. What made it so deadly is that in short, it made the victims drown in their own lungs.
