After going through college and now being a senior, I can tell you high school seems pretty worthless. You need it for a foundation but the real education begins in college. You re-learn almost everything from high school in the first couple of weeks in college and then start to learn new stuff. Although if you want to get some sort of pre-professional or research job or what not, then the real learning wont start until grad school or med school or what not.
College is very fun though, meet new friends, stay up late, sleep in (sometimes) and wonder how the hell you used to get up at 6-7 am in the morning to go to school for 7 hours straight a day.

I don't start until September 23rd.
I'm in university, studying for a degree in Anthropological Sciences with a minor in Museum Studies.
That means I get to be an archaeologist. Ohyeah.
Only bad part of school is that I transferred and now have to take this idiotic computer skills course that there's no possible way to get around. WHY?
But I'm done with math forever.

Do you have a bullwhip and fedora?
Also I wish I was done with math, im studying astrophysics and am not looking forward to quantum mechanics, electricity and magnetism and thermal and statistical physics, all of which I have to take this year. Thank god math isn't a big deal for med school

Im in CEGEP (That's french canadian for College), in the two year (4 semester) pre-university Creative Arts program, which there are three "profiles"; Photography, Film and DISA (Digital Imaging/Studio Arts). I'm in the latter.
I've been here for a year. I'm going to be here for at least another two. My program of studies gave a course outline for each semester, which consisted of 7 courses the first semester, 8 the second, 7 the third and fifth. I've failed several classes during the first two semesters, and learned last semester (my second one), that 8 courses is HOLY SHIT TOO MUCH STRESS.
This semester, my third, I'm only taking 5. I'm going to be taking this many courses on average for my next semesters until I complete all my classes, which will take more than just 2 years (4 semesters).
I don't mind. So long as I have time to put effort into each class and do well and pass them all each semester, I'll be perfectly fine. Eight was way too much for me. Too much work, couldn't focus, couldn't put enough effort into each class and each project, complete work, or even do a good job.

Also, I really hate my Summer Reading project this year. It probably the least enjoyable one I've ever had, and every time I start working on it I suddenly lose all my writing ability.
And I'm not even half-done with it. Ugh.
