You could try, y'know, taking away some of his positive traits. I mean, so far he's got shapeshifting, flight, power of nine different magik types, is a skilled swordfighter and knows advanced combat, is half dragon, and is part of the main cast of one Link v Ganon story. Don't you think that's... a ridiculous amount? And the only weaknesses I can see are... largely superficial.

I mean, after all, a good character is based on their personality and such, not on their powers.
