They're the coconut egg Pokemon. Exeggcute are actually coconut heads from Exeggutor that have fallen off (that's why the're cracked).

Well she is hallucinating but she can still also see what other people are doing. That's how she saw Angie running away, Erika talking to her, and the cops coming back to get her.
