I have never had a relationship in any way, for two reasons. 1. I'm only 14 and 2. I have absolutely no clue how to tell if a girl likes me or not, so I find it safest to assume not.

You are young, most of time relationships at your age just give you experience for the future and are for physical reasons and not so much actual love. I am not saying all are like this but most are. As you mature you'll get into more meaningful relationships. High school can be killer because a lot of people are immature and rejection can be harsh. I would say just go for it, but that would most likely get you ridiculed if the answer is no, if you can handle it fine, but I wouldn't assume that most people could. Just don't isolate yourself and use your friends to find out information
