What part of the USA do you live in (Assuming you are in America)? There aren't very many venomous snakes in America.
IIRC, there are only 4 species that have a poison that is harmful to humans and all of which are easy to identify.

Judging from the snakes he's talking about, he's an Aussie.
If you know the snakes in your area are venomous you should take care, yeah.
Just give them some space man.
