Gifs do not support layers, would you like to flatten the image or save it as an animation?
Save as an Animation
Set Animation Speed
Save Complete

It isn't a PC/Mac/Linux thing. It's a program thing; Photoshop, Gimp, or whatever you are using. The wording might be slightly different depending on what you are using, but either way, use common sense to follow the steps.
Create an image with multiple layers. Save it as a gif. The program will ask you if you want to flatten the image or save it as an animation. Tell it to save as an animation, and tell it how fast you want the animation to run.

Makes sense, but since I don't have those programs, I meant that I would like someone to make the gif for me if they could.
I didn't make that clear enough I guess, so whoops.

Flash can do it too, but there are programs specifically made to make gifs. I had one called GifWorks or something like that. Though, that one I made gifs from scratch.
Alright, something bothers me about that image. Why is it that the sausages look like they've just been put on, yet the burgers and steak are overcooked?
