No, that's just lying to yourself. I dont care how positive your opinion of yourself is, you'll see something in the mirror.

Also, vampires.

I was just making fun/following what they want me to do, jeez.

They wanted me to lighten up, so now I'm making fun of them.

Stop being such ignorant cynical pessimists. Puplic schools aren't that bad. At all. At least from my experience.

I'm a high school graduate, I know what I'm talking about when I say I'd rather be homeschooled.

Maybe the school you went to sucked?

Times have probably changed a bit.

I still have hope, as I should.

If the public school in North Carolina doesn't work out, I'll try private school in Florida.

Everyone's different. I dont think it's abysmal, but I've probably learned more (important) things from the daily show and google than all of high school.

I just hate my school because it's full of ignorant, rich kids.

Now for a funny story: So, we were on a field trip, and I was chilling at the back of the bus, and these kids started talking about all these drugs they had taken. I was surprised that coke and heroin came up (yes, these kids are that rich). Then, some guy was talking about some exotic drug he and his friends had taken and how, when they were tripping out, they came upon various revelations. Now, I had been considering using drugs back then, just to experiment and stuff, and I was interested to hear about their new found philosophies. Eventually, the meaning of life was discussed, and these guys were about to share their discovery; what the meaning of life actually was. Here it is.

"The meaning of life...... is to live"

I did my best to muffle my laughter.

Things don't change within 2-3 months. No, they suck.

It seems it really depends on what school you go to.

If your parents bother to find a good neighborhood/school,(which is hard nowadays) there's a higher chance that school won't suck.

But with both my mom and my dad going to college, so they can get well paying jobs, I'm not worried about that. I shouldn't have to rack myself with worries.

I just want to go to school-get an education-go to college- find a job I like enough - be succsessful.

Also while I'm in school I'll be selling jewelry for some extra cheddar during that period.

You will get a far better education if you are homeschooled. I know several that have been and liked it far better. There is shit you're gonna hate about public school. Private schools are full of snotty kids and strict rules ,from what I've heard. Also, no HS does not "vary" from school to school. I've been to3 in my life due to moving, they're all the same. Trust me, I was actually there for 4 years of my life.

Also yes, Null is right. Kids are fucking stupid these days. Especially in the South. Eris, I want to move back up North.

Well I'm at least going to try public school. =/

My parents are busy, often. They don't get quite a lot of time to homeschool me.

This is an idiotic debate and this forum should be ashamed for having it. Some schools are good, some are bad. Just because someone had a good/bad experience with puplic schools/private schools/ homeschooling doesn't mean everyone will.
