I've been going organic and getting rid of junk food lately due to a book.

I've actually been loving it so far. Everything tastes better when it's organic. It tastes more
real. I actually eat yogurt when it's organic. I hate normal yogurt.
And let me tell you, you haven't
lived until you have eaten an organic strawberry.

I know it says 'not any more nutricious'- really, it's what's NOT put into it that counts.
Like the crap they spray on it. Screws with your hormones. Majorly.
(Organic also tastes better imo)
I don't drink plain milk.
Lawl orgasmic strawberry.
It's not like I'm forcing you guys to go organic, I'm just saying that I am.

"Master Your Metabolism" by that chick who's the trainer on The Biggest Loser. My mom got it for herself and I thought it might help me. Turns out, there's amazing stuff in it. Recommended read to anyone who wants to:
- Lose weight
- save the environment
- learn about hormones affecting weight
etc etc etc
I'll tell you guys if it works for us.
In the meantime, ORGANIC STUFF IS YUMMY.

This discussion is just reminding me of how fat I truly am. Maybe if I actually left my house every once in a while to get exercise or something it wouldn't be so bad.

Sorry?
I know, it's a touchy subject for a lot of people- even including me.

Eh, I'm cool with being fat and probably dying in two years from a heart attack or something. I always say its better to be fat and pop flyin' than healthy and depressed.
