I just never know what to say when people say things like that and I don't want to come across as rude. Even irl, if a friend confides something like that to me, I don't really know how to react and end up feeling like an asshole because I can't help.

So maybe you think quotes are trite or impersonal or cheesy or whatever, but I really think this one applies and I find myself thinking about it a lot:



And this really applies to everyone no matter the age. Life sucks sometimes and there's really nothing anyone on a forum can do about it. But you do deserve to be pop flyin', and you have to believe that about yourself. Meditate, get professional help, take a day off and do whatever the fuck you want. Whatever you do in the meantime, remember that it is temporary, it absolutely will get better as long as you don't give up.

My feelings are telling me that life is a piece of shit.

And furthermore, I DON'T feel unsure. I KNOW what I want to do and I can't because my entire life is at the whim of other fucking people and I am powerless to do anything about that fact.

You know that people care about you and having a hissy fit in here isnt going to do anyone good.

If you need to talk, you know where to find myself and all the other people who do actually enjoy having you in our lives. But having a tantrum and breakdown on here isnt going to get you the support you need. The forum is dead half the time anyway so being accusitory about how "Nice to see nobody fucking cares as usual" makes you seem like a five year old.

My skype is always open at home and work if you need someone to vent to, but please don't blame everyone on the forum for not being able to check it regularly as Vax already said.

Sorry for going batshit.

I was having an extremely bad day and got really stressed out and made bad choices.

At work right now, had to come in for some quick research because I caught a glimpse of a mammoth wasp-like insect near my work area. I'm pretty sure now it's a cicada killer, which is harmless to humans, but holy shit that thing was unnervingly huge.

I get a lot of moths in my room each summer. I just let them chill most of the time, unless they just won't stop flying around my head. Then I end up killing them on accident while swatting them away.

It was yellow. It looked like a giant bee. About the size of the Asian Giant Wasp.
