I like pranks as long as they're not just assholish stunts. Which unfortunately, those are the kinds of pranks people seem to play now because of all the "prank" youtube channels.

man its just jokes and japes. if someone does a bad or mean prank call them out on it but don't ruin it for others by insinuating they're horrendous people just cause they wanna have a good laugh. the worst part of april fools are the rainclouds over some people, its like people who snap at RUCKY day because other people have reason to celebrate it.

Sorry, but I'm gonna be a raincloud, I HATE April Fools. I hate all the stupid bullshit webcomics and whatever put up, I HATE having my routines interrupted for some random crap. I want my services as usual, leave me out of your bullcrap.

I do agree with that. I hate most of the internet april fools stuff. But a nice joke irl can be enjoyable.

Or really other holidays. I see people annoyed that October has everything in stores covered in PANK for breast cancer awareness month because UGH (yet are fine with Halloween shit or Holiday cups because yearly traditions).

And then people annoyed by shit like Talk like a Pirate Day, Pi Day, May 4th, and shit that's just meant to be fun.

Not all pranks are harmless and some aren't well thought out, but not liking a holiday is fine, especially if you have bad experiences with it, just let others have their fun and enjoy it, and ask them to leave you out.

i hate april fools outright. sometimes the jokes and whatever aren't awful, but the whole holiday ruins the point of a joke. it's something i expect. i go into everything going "where's the joke", which ruins the joke. sometimes it results in fun stuff, especially with like webcomics and whatnot, but most of the time it's just tiring.

I like April Fool's for that reason. While RUCKY Day is kind of a "designated day of love" that kinda kills spontaneity, not everyone enjoys practical jokes and it's not always the best time for them, and April Fool's kinda provides a baseline. People who are observant go "Ah this must be a prank, funny" and people looking for an excuse to prank have a day to do it on.

It makes people chill out about the prank and gives them a reason to do them to begin with, so it's a good holiday, A+.

But that's like, my opinion, man.

It's getting to the nice spring weather I like in the UK.
Overcast, cool breeze, damp floor from rain earlier.

If it was lightly raining it'd be my favourite weather.

I just love it when the weather's like this.
