From what I've seen it is a welcome improvement over 8, but the spying and shittiness leftovers from 8 mean I'll probably never upgrade my machines that run 7.

People have been bitching about new Windows editions since 98 came out, its hard to take the complaints serious anymore, especially since I used both the dreaded Vista and 8 with absolutely no issues

One, they're optional and turned off quick a few quick clicks at setup, two they've been around since Vista, so you've already got them. The only issues I've had with 10 so far are incompatible drivers, which is to be expected given how new it is.
