When I was in Belgium on a trip we stopped at a Gelato store. I ordered the BEST dessert I ever had. Banana gelato with melted Belgium chocolate topping on a fresh made thin waffle. SO GOOD.

It was a part of a huge EU trip from a group called People to People. I also visited France England. Austria, Amsterdam, Germany, and Switzerland.

I've heard of them! That makes me super jealous, it must've been a fun trip.

I like mint chocolate chip, and the HEB brand's Cookies and Cream ice cream. Not together, I mean separately they're good. And the cookies and cream one is sooo creamy and good.

whatever it is that Bacon's Italian Ice has is the best shit in the world. Vanilla custard I think it is? I can eat gallons of it myself. It's godly.

It's even better in a gelati with root beer ice.

Holy crap, the biggest thunderstorm I've ever seen is currently going on in southern California. My windows are closed and the thunder still blares through it like no one's business. The occasional lightning strike lights up the whole sky, like dang. I'm sure there have been worse thunder/lightning storms out there, but this is the biggest one that's happened in my town ><
