The book, leather case, AND Golden's signature?! I NEEEEEEEED IT!

And for $32 it's not too bad.

Something tells me that a book written about an MMORPG isn't going to be any good. Have any of the other WOW books been any good?

It isn't necessarily written about an MMORPG, as most of the storyline (if not all) was established in rts games. Also, there was that warcraft book that was supposed to be an adventure game; I heard that one was alright.

Most of em are pretty good, which isn't surprising considering the interesting storyline behind WoW.
Also I want this book so bad.

This fanboyism is a bit too much for me. When I want lore, I check Wowwiki. Even then, all I need to know is Alexstrasza's tits are HUGE.

That, and Onyxia has Fel-AIDS. I accidentally caught it with her. I have 6 weeks.

I love the WoW lore, I'll probably get this eventually. WoWWiki is nice for quick lore shots to bring you up to date though.

The only mediocre Warcraft novels are the ones written by Richard A. Knaak... I don't like his writing. Otherwise, they're all very very good.

Check them out:

Also, the Starcraft novels are pretty great too. Dark Templar Saga? Can't wait for Twilight. Then I can sit around, reading, someone comes up to ask what is it, I say "Twilight." Any mention of the Meyer novel will be retorted with "No, the good Twilight, not that crap."
