So I went to fye today.

i got my teacher suit today

i look like a seven year old in a suit

we went to a beer shop and the spill on the floor looked like a dog so I took a picture

found a nice green overshirt for like 11 bucks at work and got some tank tops so now i look like a cuban revolutionary

I went out to make some photos of the flooding going on.


That's at the train station. Good thing our train tracks were built right next to the river, so we have basically a dike between the river and town. But even with that it's not much more until it goes over that too. And it started raining again.


The lake to the right of the trees is our fair grounds.




All the fair grounds. It looks like we live at the sea now. The things sticking out of the water in the second and third picture are for electricity or telephone/internet or something. In other words, nothing you'd want being underwater.


This one's from the side. In the front is the river and the back is the fairgrounds. You can see how the water is flowing into the fairgrounds pretty clearly.



That's the park that's across from the fairgrounds. It's not as bad because it's not paved and a bit higher.
