Uhh, no.

Not at all.

The one you linked is significantly better. They didn't bother with a lot of animation in the B&tB trailer.

Probably not the best of examples to give I s'pose, but those are pretty much the only scenes in the entire movie where things actually happen. My brother and I watched it once with the intention of poking fun at it and it was too unbearable to do even that because a lot of the scenes just consisted of the characters standing around and talking whilst moving slightly. :B
