You're half right. It's not completely the new people themselves, but it's more what they have made the forum into. It's difficult for me to put into words. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing new faces (I mean, I was new at one point), but most of the stuff that I see that makes me want to take some .50 caliber aspirin mostly comes from the new folks. Subsequently, it's taken most, if not all of the fun out of coming here and posting for me. If you try to post a topic that encourages intellectual discussion, then it gets a few comments, then quickly drifts into oblivion. If you create a topic that guarantees an easy way to build up your dick size without having to pen down anything thoughtful, then it gets upwards of fifty pages. I understand completely that we are in a forum called "General Shenanigans" for a webcomic, but for it to be so hard to find so much as a shred of intelligence within the forum is rather disheartening for me.
