AWKWARD ZOMBIE

I hate it man. I can't even crack my door or else my room starts to smell like smoke. And riding in the car is just unbearable.

And the coughing.

Ugh, the constant coughing.

I can't even imagine living with a smoker, working with people who smoke is bad enough, after they come back from breaks I have to hold my breath around them for a good 20 minutes.

Asthma person here! Can't stand having to be around smokers. Screws up my breathing most of the day.

Well, the thing is, we hang up the clothes to dry instantly after the washing machine is done, so it can't... "stir". The thing is, not all of my clothes smell that bad, just the occassional one, it's so weird - and goddamn annoying.

I never did like the smell of smoke. That alone would keep me from being a smoker. I would hate to smell like that.

I used to be quite asthmatic, myself. It was awful.

I'd rather be around someone that smokes pot all day than be around someone that smokes cigarettes. Pot stinks, but not nearly as bad, and it doesn't choke me up as much.

I'm fine around old people who smoke, because they probably started smoking back before the negative health effects were so widely publicized. It stinks, but I don't resent them for it because I know they probably regret it and didn't have the means to know better than we do now. They'd be better off quitting, of course, and I wish they would, but addiction is a powerful thing.

Someone around my age who smokes is a fucking moron though.

My mother and my best friend both smoke, so I'm used to it. You cant be around my friend if you cant stand the smell, because he doesnt even open a window to smoke at his place.

I myself would never smoke, for health reasons, Sloth's possibly asthmatic reaction, and the fact that it's fucking EXPENSIVE (at least, around here). However, having grown up with virtually all of my family in my parents' generation being heavy smokers (before my ma quit because of pregnancy), I don't mind the smell of cigarette smoke. It's actually kind of nostalgic and homey for me, and is part of the "dad smell", which contains cigarette smoke, diesel fuel/exhaust, engine grease, and stale coffee. Then again, I enjoyed splitting my time in childhood in pretty even thirds between school, the family orchard, and the auto/farm equipment repair shop that my dad runs, so I just kind of have a favorable bias toward it, I suppose.

I don't mind the smell of pot, as long as it's not strong enough to still be floating around my check stand after the person leaves. I don't LIKE it, but I don't have an actual problem with it.

Yea I don't hate people that smoke, I just hate that they smoke.

During my freshman year of HS, there was a new high school being built (the one we were in was really old), and because we were going to a new school the next year, most of the staff stopped caring about things the students did. It was disgusting. You could barely walk down the hall without smelling smoke, and there were puddles of tobacco spit everywhere. Our new school is pretty clean though.

I haven't been around pot smokers to have an opinion on the subject. For cigarettes its certain brands that smell super bad. Good Cigars is kind nice actually.
Update on the oven, I can movie the lock with a coat hanger and it opens. However it locks as soon as you close the door again.

What kinda lead is it? I discovered mine was the same as a computer power cable and I always have some of those around.
