I've been working hard in class, maintaining a decent sleep schedule, doing my all-around best keep myself on a decent routine, and when I'm having just one off day and decide to head to bed early without eating much of anything for dinner, my mom thinks it's best to worry me by coming into my room, waking me up, and telling me she's nervous about the results of a biopsy she had done that I didn't know of that she's going to get the results for tomorrow. I know that makes me a selfish, inconsiderate jerk, but this year's already shoved a fair amount of stressful stuff on me and I especially don't need to be staying up all night a nervous wreck.

Yeah. That's why you don't say "I am hot/cold/warm", you've gotta say "It is hot/cold/warm".

Boy for having so very loudly screeched, as is her usual method of speech, that people need to put logic ahead of their own feelings, [specific person I know who is not anyone on these forums] sure does value being mad over being right. It's a good thing for her that she's so easily able to decide to create anger ex nihilo so that she can believe herself to have the most valuable thoughts in any situation.

Keep in mind that people like that dont actually mean "logic", they mean "everything I think and feel which is obviously always corrrect now and forever". They just use the word because it makes them feel smarter.

Ever since earlier today when I found out I might have a chance of getting glaucoma in the future, my sister keeps mentioning to me how apparently marijuana is a cure for it and that I might end up as a stoner.

Doesnt pot just lessen the pain of glaucoma, and not actually cure it? And also, you wont end up a stoner if you use it responsibly
