Nah, I do have the scratch mark on my side, so I must've hit someone.
It's just weird how I never had any troubles, and now I've had this happen twice in like... 2 or 3 month?
Today at breakfast, my dad said I didn't quite hit the cup and a few droplets of tea spilled on the plate. It was also on the right side. Well, the plate wasn't actually wet, the droplet was still on the cup, but it makes me wonder if something with my perception and brain is suddenly wrong that I have troubles with my right side.
I just want it out of the world, but the police officer I should talk to currently isn't at the station, they'll call us back when he's there. Man, I hate this crap.... I was already feeling kinda bad that day, and then this happens. I wanted to draw a bit and play video games, and I need to study for an exam on wednesday, now my enthusiasm is just in the negative.

Woke up from an intense dream. Was trying to survive a serial killer when suddenly monsters burst in.
Tried climbing a pillar and woke up. My hands were trying to clutch the dream pillar as I woke up.
Pretty sure it was inspired by one recent Constantine episode.

Sometimes I get overly emotional at mild annoyances and it makes it seem like the problem is worse than it is. I know cerebrally that it's no big deal, but the rest of me is like "nah better get tears welling up in your eyes over a rager in a video game"

Mom has hated that Noff bought me this laptop since the day she learned of its existence. She threatened to smash it, take it away, take the internet away, not ever let him see me, and hindered his trip for like 20 minutes interrogating his
mother on why he would buy me such a thing, and many other annoying and horrible things. And now the old "family" laptop that was originally in fact mine, is on its last legs and is super slow due to it being a sucky computer, and improper care for it.
And now she wants to borrow my laptop to do her work, because she can't figure out for the life of her her Mac Book Pro that she bought on a whim before to spite me, because I kept complaining on how we always had to fight to use the "family" laptop.
I kind of want to spite her and not let her use this, but I can't do that to her because she's doing her Master's degree thing online, and she's almost done with it. Plus, my big brother will call me a jackass and other rude stuff if I don't.

I usually wouldn't comment, but dang. Your family does know you're a rational, decison making adult, right?

Tell her everytime she wants to use it, she must say that Noff was very generous to buy it for you.

The day a mom admits she was wrong and her daughter was right is the day we all go ice skating in hell.

Who cares if your brother thinks you are a jackass. She has a computer, she can figure out how to use it rather than hijack yours.

If you live in the U.S, it's a bit difficult to move out when you have no car, and no friends with the means to help you do so. You can sometimes get away with the no-car bit if you're in a metropolitan area, but you still need some kind of support for getting you out of the house, even if it's not necessary once the new residence is secured and moved into.

You could go the nice route and offer to show her how to use her own computer. Or link her to some videos that can teach her if you don't know how personally.
Since she seems to be very controlling of your life, I would recommend against letting her use your computer. But if you must, have her acknowledge Noff's giving it to you was very generous of him, and make it clear that this is YOUR computer that you are letting her BORROW, lest she try to say "Well I'm using it more than you for my work, and you shouldn't have gotten it anyway, so it's mine now."
Maybe password protect it so you have to manually authorize her to use it each time she needs to borrow it. Or create a separate user so that your stuff is protected from her access.
Anything to keep her from controlling your life further.

The alt user thing works, you can even set it up to prevent downloads unless authorized by your Password protected user. She also can't access/uninstall your stuff.

I'm pretty surprised that I got such a huge response to this. ;w; Thanks for caring you guys. But yeah, I emphasized to her that it was my computer that Noff bought me, and she's just borrowing it. I did the whole separate user thing too, and made huge icons for power point, internet explorer, and word on the desktop so she wouldn't have to bother me about where stuff is. I'm the admin on this computer so she can't download anything on this unless she uses my password, which she doesn't know.
@Sarducar, That's my new sig quote now.
Also, Riku's right. I could probably get away with the no car thing, but right now my funds are considerably less than what I'd need for an apartment. There's a bunch of new ones popping up all around my city though, so that's great. More choices, and hopefully some that are $400 - 500. I've been wondering who I could turn to for a room mate so we can share the rent, but there aren't many girls I know well enough to offer that. I've also thought about getting a 2nd job on campus, but I also want to do volunteering since universities look at that a lot.
