I'm considering stopping reading the Comic forum at all. It's starting to boil down to the same shit every time:

* Unfunny edit based on overused forum "memes"
* Other users responding to those edits
* Actually decent edit, sometimes gets ignored
* LOOK AT ME I'M USING RIDICULOUSLY TINY TEXT AREN'T I SO FUNNY? WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE'S A RULE ABOUT TINY TEXT? I HAVEN'T SEEN IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T READ THE RULES CLEARLY ENOUGH AND AM JUST HOPPING ON A BANDWAGON!
* Discussion about the comic itself gets ignored
* Off topic unfunny waste of space, time and resources ensues

I know it's kind of petty but it's really annoying, and sometimes they even get smug about it, acting like no one can stop them

Regardless of that, those are mainly the reasons I end up in this subforum as opposed to "le comic". They're fun at first, but like most things that are repeated they get stale.

Forums tend to devolve into this eventually, no matter what. Everyone acts like meme fountains and just posts a shitton of bullshit, and whenever anyone complains, they get mocked for "taking things too seriously", like wanting to actually discuss something is some sort of outlandish concept when there is retarded shitty humor to repeat.

alright guys. I need advice. I'm not sure where to post thisbecause it both makes me angry and makes me so hurt and upset I could cry.

I'm living with a Psycho. not like, Dexter. But someone who acts like she's about to blow a gasket.

Just for today's example. I woke up to 17 (yes 17. I counted, including the ones I came home to last night) Angry post its around my house. I haven't really been home the last few days, so coming home to them was kind of a shock and it made me angrier than you can imagine. But I slept on it, and dint do anything rash, as much as I wanted to. But She fired warning shots.

So naturally, I responded back with a calmly written letter expressing my concerns. nothing major. Just a proposition about chore schedules, Dishes and how her actions are stressing me the fuck out and how I'm uncomfortable in my own home. I basically told her
'" Heres how I want to do things. Heres how I want to do it, Is this okay?" And gave her two options because of her behavior; Talk it out with an arbiter or she has to sublet her half of my apartment.
Nothing rude, right?

Well, I get home today. I'm is informed we are "talking to a mutual friend" And I respond "Okay. But your notes really hurt me. Like a lot."

Roommate rears up and calls me a "Fucking bitch" before slamming her door at me.

Did I warrant that much disrespect for saying that her actions hurt me? I'm more hurt than angry guys. I'm at the end of my rope and I have no idea what to do.

I couldn't get ahold of the two most meaningful people in my life because they've started to come to the conclusion that it's more reinforcing to avoid me whenever there might be a quarrel between us that could easily be rectified by communicating. I can't try anything because anything I do is perceived as being an aggressor.
