It's from Anita Sarkeesian's Twitter account, first of all. I really wanted to avoid bringing that up to avoid people thinking I support Gamergate.

Second, it implies that ONLY men able capable of doing something as horrid as shooting up a school. It also implies that cultural attitudes about men cause these kinds of incidents. Correlation doesn't equal causation.

Third, NONE of this should be used to push any kind of agenda ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOTING. You could, you know, actually show some decency and respect the recently deceased?

Internal like you establish the behavior yourself for your own personal reasons.

Coffee really isn't that bad for you if you go easy on the milk and sugar. Maybe try a different drink with caffeine in it? Energy drinks would be even worse for you but there's stuff like vitamin water that has a little bit of caffeine. Just make sure you're also getting lots of water when you're going to the gym.
