Yeah, I've communicated it to him. Just wish it hadn't happened in the first place is all.

Put a band aid on it. or wear gloves. Works for me.

I put a bandaid on my finger once, and I ended up with a -5€ in the register at the end of the day, and gloves aren't exactly helping at the register either. Maybe I'll use one of my favorite solutions and put some superglue on it.

I can't tell if I dislocated my shoulder or if my bicep tensed up last night, but shit still hurts.

My younger sister started dating one of my friends about a week ago. That was already weird enough, but now he's here and they've locked themselves in her room and refuse to open the door. She's in so much fucking trouble when my mom gets home.

please keep us updated and tell us how in trouble your sister gets without too much detail, to protect the identities of the innocent

It turned out that they were just fucking with me. My older sister was in the room with them and they just had the door locked to keep the little kids from bugging them. When I knocked my little sister just kept telling me to go away to mess with me.

Yes, Mom, when I don't respond to your text within three hours of you sending it, clearly I was mauled by bears and thrown in a ditch somewhere, and not just busy or, God forbid, not near my phone. Clearly this also means that you should send FIVE MORE TEXTS, then call me, then call me AGAIN, and then make Dad call me and leave me a text. Oh, right, I forgot that I didn't answer your text because I don't want to deal with your shit today.

Apparently, I am not allowed to have a working microphone. I don't know why, but nothing is functioning the way it's supposed to.

Today is really messed up; started with me getting out of bed WAY too late, roomie having my car despite me telling him I need it today, turned the store upside down to go home with only 5 new pants, and then my employer is doing bullcrap with my health insurance and I'll have to wait another hour to clear things up because she's having her lunch break.

Like hell I'm going to write this monthly report today, ugh.

Edittery: After 40 minutes of telephone conversations I uncovered even more mysteries, now I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning for them to call me back to see if they managed to find out what the hell is going on.

This class
This fucking class

The teacher expected us to get ourselves a working Android emulator between today and last week's class despite not explaining a single thing, and for one hour straight now he has been ignoring questions because he's trying and failing to make his own emulator work on his own computer.
When he noticed most students had brought their own laptop, he noted very disdainfully that he doesn't like us working on laptops. And then explained that in order to be able to do anything on the school computers, we need to download a file and run it to edit the registry every single time (that is, after wasting 10 minutes waiting it to even boot).
I don't think I have ever hated a person this much.

Addendum: This ended up taking the whole three hours. The teacher still can't make his own emulator work properly and he won't do anything to help any of us. He brushed off my friend's solution (which worked perfectly for himself) and continued to accomplish nothing until everyone else just gave up and left 5 minutes before the end of this three hours class.

i don't think tenure protects against this idiocy

I'm tired of all the people who instantly attack anyone who questions that perhaps schools are about working instead of learning with "lol ur fucking retarded and childish wut r u a redneck". On what did you base your assertion that such a thing is childish? Because it seems extremely likely that you didn't base it on any kind of thought of your own but rather on it "sounding" childish to you. And you know what I would call that? Childish.
And I can only imagine that those people would then do the exact same thing to this itself. Which is childish.
