See, here's the problem with that: Everyone already thinks the WBC is wrong, thats not the point. The point is that people are sick of this little inbred clan of fucking assholes just getting away with everything they do, and just being told to shut up and bear it because FREE SPEECH. Maybe its time someone actually gave the Phelps clan a taste of their own medicine?

and protesting his funeral would really not help anything. They'd just get even angrier and more convinced that they're right.

I'm not trying to defend the family because fuck those people but I don't particularly think that stooping to their level really helps anybody.

It wont solve anything, thats not the point. Im just sick of the Phelps never geting any real consequence for anything. What do they care about counter protests? They dont give a shit, all they care about is getting their hateful message out there. Theyre not delusional enough to think that anyone except other fundies agree with them anyway. So since they wont change their mind anyay, I think its time to start hurting them back.

Because you dont LIKE them? No. Because they advocate your death? Hell yes. This is just me, but Im tired of those assholes getting to run rampant just because they know exactly how to skirt the law.

Well, there are some potential consequences for them. They get banned from businesses right and left from what I've heard and there used to be a petition going around to get them labeled as a hate group. I'm not sure what became of that.

I want to see them get their just desserts as much as you do, stranger, but like what chin said I think we should come up with a way to do it without resorting to their methods.

Pretty much for the whole month I've had trouble just getting out of bed in the morning. It's hard to motivate myself to get up when I have no one to interact with outside of my house, which makes me feel sad and lonely. So I ended up sleeping most of the day away and staying up pretty late at night (until the birds sang pretty much).

I just have a hard time leaving my room sometimes because I don't want to be bombarded with my parents opinions and them being upset with me over things I cannot control.

Sandra Bullock is FBI agent or something undercover at a beauty pageant as a contestant(I just realized how dumb that sounds as I typed it), and during the question round or whatever it's called, she's asked to describe her perfect date, as in with a significant other, and that's the response she gives.

Edit: OK, so it wasn't Bullock herself who said it, but I got way more details right than I care to admit.

The same reason all forums that stay active long enough have a variety of other personalities drift on through at some point; Probability. If it's here, so are they. If not one day, then maybe the next, or the one after, or the one after that.

Just like every time someone breaks the rules, there's a chance they did it knowingly and will try to worm their way out of punishment by pretending to be innocent when they blatantly aren't. It'll happen eventually, if enough people break the rules.
