Today sucked
a lot

My dad put my dog down today, which was very hard on him.
That dog was very mean and nasty in the last four years, but that was because he was in constant pain.
He had so many allergies. His skin was constantly irritated. He had ear infections all the time. He was blind in one eye, and he was too big for his frame, so he had hip and knee issues.
In the last few years, Jinx was just an annoyance. He was mean, he snapped at me, he always smelled like death and would bark all the time.
I didn't think I would miss him when he was gone, but then I saw the pictures my brother took of him.
The picture of him in the car broke my heart. He was so excited, like when we used to take him on car trips when he was a puppy. And then I remembered every good moment I had with him

He used to sleep on my bed every night, I used to go swimming with him. I used to love that dog before we moved here and he became allergic to everything

I miss him.

That was how my day started. Then I got to work, and it just got worse
Too many bad things happened at work to list.
I had an anxiety attack in the middle of my shift and the thought of going back fills me with so much anxiety I want to quit, but I can't

i had to look after all the cats and the house all by myself for 5 days and i bodaciously haven't been this stressed or anxious in months

i'm having anxiety dreams, i've barely slept, i feel sick and depressed and mad all the time

my parents aren't taking it seriously

they think i've been having fun all this week and it stresses me out more

Set up computer, everything's screwed up. Tried to transfer files from full drive to other drive, says their in use and can't delete. The documents screen is the only thing open. New wood floor, can't lean back because the chair slides halfway across the room. Every website I visit has random words highlighted for ads, didn't before. People blatantly destroying the environment. People are just chucking papers into the trash can. There's a recycling bin right next to it, but they can't be bothered to even aim for that. I know it's a small impact, but everything counts.

cut deeeeep into the tip of my index finger with my hobby knife while shaping some spare sprue into a chain gun. Started bleeding immediately. By the time i made it to the bathroom and the bandages i had a bead of blood as big as a pencil eraser. It doesn't hurt, but fuck, i'm glad i had a red shirt on.

I got mega sick over the weekend, had to call in sick from work today, this morning I could barely stand I was feeling so dizzy. Not looking forward to school tomorrow especially since I've had a lot of sick days this semester already and i need to get my grades up and gaaaahh

so ive had a friend from the internet stay with me a couple of days and i had a nice time and i thought he did too before he headed to another friends place but now he hasnt responded to any of my texts or attempts to talk to him and is just focused on this guy. so now i just feel like a hotel stop before going to see someone better and it makes me feel like shit. why even bother making friends if they're just gonna do this

My internet connection seemed reeeeally slow to me, and I just realized Wifirst (an ISP designed for student residences and the one I currently use) is making everybody pay way too much for this.

Ragh I'm going to rip my hair out.

I had to ask for an extension on a project, but the prof could only give me a few hours. Finished the paper on time but not the Powerpoint, I'm hoping she will at least give me partial credit since I only took 15 more minutes past the deadline.

Then I got an email saying another professor sent a "notice of concern" to the director in the education school. I mean, yes I'm struggling, but this is coming from a class that I'm doing relatively well in? I'm hoping that this prof noticed how stressed I've been, but if this is about a bad grade or something in that class I'm going to be rustled because that one of the classes I SHOULDN'T have to worry about. Either way they might not let me student teach next semester if they think I'm not ready for it.

I'm seriously thinking I might not graduate on time. But whatever happens, I'm NOT going on academic leave. That's happened to two of my good friends already because they couldn't handle the stress this fucking school system puts on them. I'd rather try and fail, fuck anyone who says I haven't tried to get through this with good grades, depression and ADD and all.

Made a really stupid mistake in a game on a one time thing. It's multiplayer and a long game. I don't think the other guys will yell at me but I will feel forever guilty.

I didn't get to see the eclipse last night because of the goddamn weather and then it fucking snowed and there was still some on the ground until like late afternoon

Speaking of the eclipse, I don't think there was a single program on the conservative talk radio line-up today that didn't talk about the blood moon and doomsday prophecies in close conjunction.
