I've got a couple friends that are kinda like that (they don't kick, but they kinda chastise people for cussing). Just watch your mouth around him and say what you what when he's not around, it's not that hard and comes naturally after a while. Though, you should talk to him about the whole kicking thing, that's a little too much. He could just remind you and ask you not to use that language around him when you say something. It would really work just as well, if not better (actually, definitely better).

I've quit it around him because whenever I'd cuss he'd stop talking to me for at least 5 minutes. It doesn't affect me much now but it just annoys me when he mentions it. I guess I shouldn't be bothered because I'm not affected, but I am anyways.

Ah, high school. Everyone has a crusade against everything. Give it time, and don't bother giving him a chance to show off his perceived self-righteousness. He'll realize soon enough that its pointless to try and control other people's behavior.

I sold my PS3 and all my games for it to my older sister for 150 bucks. She paid me 80 at the time, and today gave me 50 and said that was all she was paying. I told her that was fine and not to worry about the other 20. And now she called me up saying the controller broke and she wants me to chip in 10 bucks to help her pay for a new one. I didn't break the daisies thing, and she already shorted me 20 bucks, so I told her no and now she's mad at me. Whateva.
