AWKWARD ZOMBIE

I slid on the road twice on my way to Gamestop. Once at a stop sign, where I was thankfully able to stop before I rolled right into another car, and another time at an intersection when the light turned yellow...I wound up stepping on the gas and running the red light, rather than sliding into other cars.

I fucking hate winter.

Both of my portfolios are handed in now, now starts the month of complete anxiety and reassessing my doubts on everything I have worked on for the past year.

I dunno what's with youtube today but it wont load videos for me. No other video hosting site is giving me problems.

Goddamnit, there's a guy going around campus offering dumb religious books and asking for donations. I never manage to resist these people; when I went to England I wound up giving someone twenty dollars for a tin-foil flower.

I need a backbone.

I hate it when I suddenly get so tired that it hurts.

i feel kind of dumb for being upset about this because it's kind of dumb and it's a luxury we can't really afford but dammit i miss going to the movies :/

It's okay to be upset about not doing something you like. Within reason of course.

School is becoming something where I am bombarded with way to much work to handle and bodaciously feeling like I'm dragging myself out of bed to go every day.

i know i just feel bad that i'm upset about it because again we can't really afford it and my husband is trying to not have us eating ramen for dinner so i'll be pop flyin' but we keep wanting to see movies then never doing it for one reason or another and it's really disappointing. especially when i see that some of them are now out on dvd and we probably still won't see them.

idk i just really like movies and i like seeing them in theatres and stuff sigh. we have a really nice entertainment centre but again, we never think to buy dvds because we never go to that section of stores x:

does your library have a dvd section?

Dollar theatres are your friend, if there are any nearby :0

Also Netflix. Redboxes are everywhere (well, sorta, i dunno if you're in a super small town) and you can watch some semi-current movies for cheap.

Edit: Ooh yeah and libraries. I know my campus' library has movies to check out, I'm sure public libraries do too.

@shazza maybe """legally""" acquire some movies and burn em to DVD? so your entertainment center doesn't go to waste at least!

sooooo i had to go to the emergency room a couple days ago because it felt like someone was stepping on my testicle with a high heel shoe and i found i have a varicocele in my testicles (swelling in my veins). this is only correctable by surgery and there's a possibility that i could go infertile even if i get said surgery. so basically every day is just pain in my balls all day everyday its fucking great i cant recommend it enough

i have never seen a dollar theatre in my life x: regardless, there's only one theatre within like 5 minutes of me (yay semi-boonies!) so my choices are limited haha. libraries and redbox and netflix are RAD but they don't have movies that are like. currently playing. which is when i want to see them to ~stay with the times~ etc. though ultimately as long as i get to see them i'm satisfied. i need to remember redbox more.
