Oh Nachalnik. Why haven't you learned? Never expect your mother to say the thing you hope she'll say.

I stopped hoping to get my parents' approval years ago (at least, when it came to things I actually cared about).

Re: Things that piss you off
my relationship with my dad (and sometimes mom) was shit until after i got married and moved out
then it was like suddenly because i wasn't expected to follow their rules anymore we were able to be really great friends and like...being around them makes me pop flyin' now and that was something i never thought i'd experience.

I've been very cranky recently, spending my time either in transit, at school or at home just doesn't feel right to me.
And no ones really been nice to me at all.

Re: Things that piss you off
I can't wait for the weather to clear up and for my university to stop having their heads up their asses.
I had a test today at 10, the campus was closed UNTIL 10 with buses starting on campus at 10 with half staff (meaning my bus would run every 20 minutes and would be packed as hell). The one parking lot I could have parked at before then (illegally, because commuters technically aren't allowed to park when the campus is shut down for weather) within reasonable walking distance when it's raining and freezing, was of course full, and not by commuter students, but by residential students (it's somewhat understandable. Most live off campus but in campus apartment complexes, and the buses weren't going to service them until it was too late, but I recognized some of them as people who were within a 10 minute walk in a campus dorm and parked there anyways).
Finally, after over 90 minutes in the car and being 50 minutes late for the test (and almost getting rammed by someone who thought I was pulling into a space and wanted to beat me to it) I decided it wasn't worth it and headed home, dealing with the other idiots in traffic.
Prof is apparently "disheartened" by the low amount of students that made it to the test, but is remaining firm on it anyways.
We get one test dropped at the end of the course, and technically, I think this probably (hopefully) would have been my weakest test because of all of the cancelled and missed classes, but it still pisses me off that the situation was this shitty in the morning, and this being testing week, that the university couldn't have had a better plan, especially for those living around the city and not on campus, or those commuters that are sometimes coming from over an hour away (when the conditions of the roads are too bad at that time to travel according to the university.
We've also apparently had some bus related crashes today, and a few students were involved in accidents commuting to school. Good job guys, you sure made the safe choice today.

I feel like I run out of mental energy so easily these days.
I get home and I still have things to do, but i sit down and my brain is like 'nope'

Re: Things that piss you off
I don't like how most of my family thinks of me as anti social. Anytime they come to visit I'll come out of my room to talk and try to be social and the first thing they'll say is something like "Well there's the caveman!" and they'll talk about how I never do anything. So I just go back to my room. I don't want to hear about how anti social I am when I'm trying to be social.
