Haven't been able to get my sleep schedule back on the night shift track. My two shift leads pulled me aside to say that my performance has been lacking a bit for the past two months (they're mostly just concerned because they know what my home life is like and want to make sure things are okay). I woke up at 11:30am today and I am working tonight so I'll have been up for 22 hours before I go to bed. Maybe that'll finally get things back on track? A friend of mine who used to work night shifts has been telling me I need to get a day job because long-term night shift is killing me, but idk, people can do graveyard shifts for years and I've only been doing it for a little over one year.

From what I've learned, there's health drawbacks to night shift work, but it really depends a lot on the person. Some people are just naturally more alert and suited for night time work.

Wrecked my car, rental costs too much. Was finally on track to actually save some cheddar but the city thinks sand is better to put down when it snows than salt.
They over sanded and my car slid on sand in a clear road. Hit the curb hard enough to rip off the tire. Right at the beginning of a "Gauntlet" at work (4-1:30am, 11-9pm, then 7-5pm) so I haven't even had any time to do anything aside from get it towed and I'm just really not looking forward to shelling out $600 or so right when I was planning on paying off my last debt.

Christ, nothing works today. I just want to go to bed and sleep, but I'd lose time I need, ugh.

Why do so many people namedrop their fucking computer specs in any conversation they can? Yes fine, I get it, you have a huge boner for your rig and you think everyone should build their own computers. Not everybody is interested in crawling up their techs fucking asshole to manually make everything work.

Ripped my pajamas, it was coming but I had hoped they would last until my trip to the city.

I suppose I'll just have to settle for uncomfortable jeans and sleeping in my underwear.

Would it kill them to upgrade the computers in the computer lab? All the teachers have iPad 2s. You can make an argument for that but even in the room with the computer teacher half the cd-rom ports that I want to call disk drives don't even open.

My car is officially totaled. Won't be getting too much for it's worth because it's q crappy van. Might be able to buy my grandma's car but it might cost way too much to fix with the current issues it has because it's been sitting for years.
Also problem after problem with my computer. Every time it seems like I'm one step away from finishing it, there's something else wrong. Currently I can't get the video card out of the motherboard because the card is huge and the motherboard is small. Normally wouldn't be much of an issue but it's blocking one of the SATA ports and I need both ports in order to have a Disk Drive plus a harddrive to install Windows.

I think I'm having hardware problems on my bluetooth dongle because it says there isn't a device plugged in when there is a daisies device plugged in! Hoping it's just this computer's ports but I doubt it as my thumb drive still works.
