Gettin' real tired of your shit, phone

The thing is definitely on its last leg now. Died mid-call, but was still able to start up again. Battery runs for about half a day now. Not to mention how slow its gotten.

Was planning on shopping for a new one over Thanksgiving, but ugh that's so far away. Plus I got plenty of other expenses to worry about...

So it turns out I didn't start my next class because in the middle of my last one they reworked the pre-reqs for all my remaining classes to required Math 220, which I'm in the middle of right now with my old college.

Okay, academic counselor said she'll apply for a waiver because I've had my schedule set up since September of last year. She's sure it'll go through so wait nope it got rejected until I get my grade for this math class.

So now I have to apply for a Leave of Absence to avoid my student loan lapsing into the repayment doomsday clock and I'm not going to be able to start my next class until at least December 14 if my old college puts up grades quickly.

FUN.

Don't most universities have it where you only have to follow the requirement guide as it was on the year that you signed on with the university? Like the psychology department changed their requirements last year, but since it's my fourth year I didn't have to pay attention to it.

It's be too easy for them to just constantly require more and more different classes each year to keep the students from graduating, thus keeping them, and their cheddar, at the establishment indefinitely.

I thought that too but apparently with University of Phoenix when a change is made it applies after the current class is finished.

So now me and an undetermined number of people are right screwed.

Isn't UoP one of those evil "for profit" universities you're supposed to avoid anyway?

Pretty much all universities other than state are "for-profit" universities. It was the only university in the area that had anything related to IT in the Bachelor range.

I know I've bitched about this before, but goddamn, women's undergarments are expensive if you're curvy.

Like ever. Seriously.

I've bodaciously never seen you complain in this thread about anything before, Riku.

Even though I just opened for four days in a row my sleep schedule still hasn't adjusted so I am exhausted as soon as I get home.

I...I can't tell if that's sarcasm or not. And I don't think I can blame this on text either. I can't tell when you're being sarcastic half the time in person either.

To be honest, I still think that's funny

Haha, I'm being serious this time.

General rule of thumb: If I start talking about crap like Legend of Zelda: Squidward Sword and laughing for no apparent reason, I'm being sarcastic.

Oh, okay.

and yeah, my attendance in this thread dropped quite a bit as soon as I wasn't working as a cashier, and again once I was no longer living with my mom and step dad.

Goddamn, it's not even that art supplies are expensive. It's the shipping.

All I'm buying is a brush and some pencils, can't that be put into a smaller box? Why does that cost nine dollars to mail? I've mailed a one-pound package to England for just a bit more than that, man.

It's art supplies from the future and you're paying for the plutonium that powers the flux capacitor
