Dude called me this evening because of some forms, and then he asked me how it's looking with cheddar. Told him I'm gonna look for something and I already have an idea, and then he tells me that I need two special things because this is Germany after all and our bureaucracy is bullshit.
Okay, no problem, I'm gonna look for something else then. But no, that asshole laughs at me and can't stop anymore "Oh did I ruin your good hopes" and he's giving me this fucking sarcastic "oh well ya gotta see what ya get"

rustled at various things I have no way of venting my frustrations on, and it really makes me feel like Ive been neutered. Not being able to retaliate fucking sucks, no wonder people snap

OK, so I don't hate lesbians, but it drives me crazy when someone has to CONSTANTLY REMIND YOU that they're a lesbian.

For example, after seeing one girl at band do numerous obscene sexual gestures meant towards women, I had this conversation with her:

Anon: I hate being crowded in here with a bunch of sweaty men.
Marc: Haha, hey, there are worse things in life.
Anon: Yeah, like having sex with men!

Because that was necessary.

I have nothing against lesbians. I also love women.

Going on four months now since my financial aid reapplication for my student loan and one month since my financial advisor said I'd be getting the cheddar "soon."

If I don't have that cheddar in two weeks I will bodaciously be unable to pay for my next class and I will be extremely rustled off. Like legal action rustled off because this is unacceptable.

Egg their house and when they ask when you're going to clean it off say "soon".

I am angry at myself that I don't want to work 2 jobs to get my cheddar for rent and health care.

there's nearly been 2 accidents today because there's this little girl purposely sitting in the middle of the road

apparently this truck had to go onto the other side of the road because this kid refused to get up and this other truck and car had to swerve to avoid her later on

she's only in primary 1 as well so she's pretty young but she's doing it on purpose so i don't know what to think of it

someone went off to tell her dad about it after what happened today so i hope something changes

Primary 1? Just pick her up and move her, she can't be that big.

won't stop her from doing it again, though, and most people don't want to have to restrain someone else's kid. her dad really should be paying attention though so i'm glad someone went get him.

They're probably more likely to just kick her out than to try and restrain her. Which would suck for her dad.

I have another option. It would be the last of the last resorts though since if I use it there is no way I'd be able to finish my degree with this college.

It's called good faith law. It pretty much means that if the other party in a contract does something, by act or omission, to restrict or remove the other party's ability to receive their end of the deal then it's a breach of contract. It's not quite a silver bullet in dissolving a contract but it would be a very deep wound in their side because it opens them up to paying damages since the financial aid company owns the college.
