You know that feeling when you're cramping so bad your back hurts?

I'm feeling it right now and it's pissing me off.

Oddly enough I always get back pain without cramps.

Wonderful I love to see orders that have issues that fall on me to make decisions I'm not supposed to.
God forbid the owner pick up his fucking phone right. Whatever.

Why do my arms hurt? There is bodaciously no reason that I can think of for why they hurt.
it's like the inside crook(?) of my elbow?

If it keeps up I might not get very good sleep tonight.
Kinda like last night, only a different part (parts?) of my body.

How sharp is the pain? Is it sort of all along the lower part of your arm, from your wrist to your elbow?

I had something like that a couple weeks ago, and it could mean you've overworked the tendons in your arm (it happens a lot to people who use a computer all the time). Best home remedy is to rest your arm for a bit and stay away from repetitive movements (like typing). If it persists then you should probably ask a doctor, because carpal tunnel is bad.

I'm tired, my back hurts, these stupid dogs woke me up and also the AC wont kick in and this room gets warm quick. I'd be fine if I weren't going commando.

The pain's gone now that I've slept but it was, on a '1 to 10 scale of pain', about a 2 or 3 :/ but it was more actually just sore
And it was just the part of your arm where your elbow is except on, like, the inside bend (i'm bad with anatomy but you understand what i mean, right?).
