Accidentally stayed up until the su n started coming up again. Friggen summer early sunrise. That's fine, I'll just sleep the 6-7 hours until noon and get a decent amount of sleep/time gotten up ratio.

OK, so I bought a giant jar of Jelly Belly jelly beans, and out of all 49 flavors in that whole jar, the only two I don't like are coconut(pure white, and also manageable if accidentally ingested) and cappuccino(brown with white spots, also COMPLETELY AWFUL).

The thing is, some clown at Jelly Belly thought that it would be a great idea to put a single white spot on each cappuccino bean that's so tiny that it's easy to miss.

I've had way more unwelcome surprises in this jar than I should.

The machines are the ones that give them the colors, so blame whatever mixture was being used and also whatever quality control let them go through.

My phone keeps losing the wifi signal, and even when it does have it, image refuse to load.

Maybe rebooting will help.

You got home at 4:40 and heard them call to give me my info on my xrays from yesterday. You knew we needed to call pretty quickly and get the information so we can figure out what's going on with me and how to fix it without doping me out of my brain.

You decide to go take your shower anyways, and didn't bother to tell me until 5:30 when I was ready to leave and check the messages anyways.

The place closed at 5.

Now we have to wait until 9 to find out the results from this test and whether more need to be scheduled.

And meanwhile you want to act all concerned about my well being. Fuck you. You knew this was important, but it'd mean thinking about someone else for 2 seconds, so you can't be assed to do anything.

The only condolence I can think to offer is it can't be that bad if the doctor either didn't tell your dad what the results were over the phone, or your dad didn't think to tell you right when he found out. Unless the doctor called just to say "The results are done" which...well...honestly that would have been weird since you'd have to have rushed over there with 20 minutes left on the clock to stare at an x-ray for half an hour.

The again, I don't know your Dad or the way medical test results are conducted where you're from. Usually a Doctor can tell you "it's good" or "it's bad" ober the phone.

They left a message and asked us to call back immediately (which is either bad news or because they had 20 minutes until closing).

Considering this is a pretty serious injury, he should have taken the 5 second to give me the message or maybe call them back to get the info himself.

But it wasn't important to him, so, fuck it.

Did you listen to the message? How did the voice on the machine sound? Was it bored like "Your results are in, so call back...or something...whatever...*click*" or more urgent like "Holy shit why aren't you answering the goddamn phone this shit is important!!"? I don't know sometimes you can tell.

It was the secretary and they're not allowed the information of the results. The doctor and the radiologist are the only ones that matter.

And even if it isn't bad news, it'd be nice to know this information yesterday, considering that if it isn't a bone issue, I need to get a hospital visit set up for testing with CT and MRI scans, and considering we have a week to figure this out before our trip, I kinda need as much time as possible to figure everything out, especially if it entails more visits, surgery, or other things that are going to determine whether I can leave or how long I might be out of commission.

There was no reason for him to do this, and when he was personally waiting for blood results last year he was up my booty to text him the instant the results came in (and that was because he wanted to make sure his insurance didn't go up for not meeting cholesterol levels).

So again, fuck him.

Head hurts. Feeling fatigued.

I don't think all of my guy friends ever want to talk to me because I didn't get with one of our friends. That one friend was also avoiding me too. It feels really terrible to know that they think I only want to talk to them about that one guy, and that maybe that's the only reason why they tolerated me. I'm afraid that all of the friends I ever had are putting up an act and secretly hate me. I feel so alone now.

Welcome to the real world - ask a school official to help you contact someone, get the runaround for days and then radio silence when you ask if they've done anything.

I kind of feel I should contact her superior.

I understand that there might be some differences between Canada and the states, but I would think that you could go back to your school and request them.

ordered some contacts for a cosplay that should have been here by now but they aren't

looked on the site i bought them from and apparently the site completely omitted my apartment number from my shipping address

i really really hope the mailman just gives them to management and i can pick the box up from them :/ they know my name/what apt i'm in so hopefully they'd call me or leave a note on the door or something

also i really hope they haven't already come in and were returned to sender because holy shit that would suck. con isn't til august so i mean there is time for all that to happen but STILL.
