As far as I've seen, most of the new people who post here seem to disappear.

I don't know if it's that we don't get a lot of new members or that they don't stick around for too long.

We had a new kid recently who was still going through an 'Invader Zim' type phase so he didn't stick around for long because he got on people's nerves with all his 'randomness'. We also had a girl (I presume) with a Midna avatar who stuck around for a month then vanished.

I don't know how new Dire is, but she(/he?) has become more active recently - so I guess Dire counts as our newest long-term forumite?


Maybe people are more into commenting on YT and Tumblr these days than forums like this?
