"Back in my day heroes would come at me with a swords, a shield, and light arrows! Ech now you kids and yer newfangled lanterns and crossbows. No discipline, I tell ya. Don't even have to put together the whole triforce just handed to ya on a silver platter. I fought your great grandfather and he knew the rules of war yes he did, took me down even though I could create bats made of fire, which back in the day only cost ya three cents and some kind words, 'cause it were a simpler time, less a-this daisies technology rottin' yer brains. We didn't even have reusable bottles when I was a kid! You bought a potion, drank it, and threw it on the ground 's what ya did. The glass in yer feet taught ya that life's problems can't be solved with just a drink, milk bars were goin' outta business it were so effective. You bought a bottle and a potion and both were a one time deal and 's still less expensive than ya gotta deal with now."

"Yo, hey brah, can we just get back to the fight man? I got places to be."

"Ech you darn kids, always nagglin' ol' men. Ain't you learn some respect for yer elders?"

"Dude you kidnapped a princess."

"Thats daisies right I reckon, did it like a man too, with crystal prisons, not with this daisies turnin' girls to stone you sissy boys keep on tryin'."

It's funny because The original LOZ and ALttP are amongst the latest games in the timeline.

Not to mention that they only exist in one timeline.

Vaguely reminds me of Jak & Daxter, with the bold colors and long-ish ears. (Not a bad thing and not saying you had that game in mind, just reminds me of it. A+ job.)

640x640 is an acceptable width, right?

Drawing this up for a friend. It'll be way huger when it's done, of course. Sawtooth from Homestuck.

Got a new thing. Was playing around with just having different layers of a super simple eight measure melody as a change from the more complex, semi-functional stuff I've been working on lately (haven't really shown you guys a lot of it.)

FINALLY I'm done. I wanted to leave it in flat coloring because I just wanted it to be over, and then I shaded a bit and then I couldn't hold myself anymore, oops. Digital lineart is still taking so long for me!
ANYWAYS

My new mascot, the other end of my Catmeleon. I got the idea when I was talking to Great Handsome Oppressor abou JoJo. Since I don't have a new signature yet, the old one has to do.
I know the anatomy is a bit wonky in places, but I was just so done I said "Fuck it, it's good enough"

Inked sketch of Mario & Luigi: Dream Team's antagonist, Antasma. HERE BE MINOR SPOILERS!
Will be worked on later, I'm aware his right hand is average at best and the shading on both hands is a half-hearted non-attempt. For reference: link

Aha, thanks. There is a simple trick, really. Just draw the picture in a huge solution, and when you're done, shrink it to your desired size. You can even be a bit shoddy when you draw it that large, the lines will come out clean and crisp.
Having the right program helps too I guess, I'm using SAI, and it's really great for smooth lines in general.
