well you need a different sort of licence to drive it so its not a car and you use it in the game and you can store them in your garages in the city, I think it works. up to you though!

The Pizza Boy is adopted for use in side missions, specifically, "Pizza Boy" missions, where the player delivers pizzas to customers scattered around the pizza parlor. The mission is not available in GTA San Andreas, but courier missions with roughly the same concept as "Pizza Boy" exist.

Koopa shells from Mario Kart. They trip up your enemies so you can get ahead. daisies right I'm using yet another Mario spinoff.

Plasmids from Bioshock. They do just about anything from giving you new powers to adding buffs.

Capture Styler from Pokemon Ranger. It allows you to befriend Pokemon that allow you to use them for various things like putting out (or starting) forest fires or cutting your grass. Some models are held in the hand, others are attached to the wrist.

The Ball from Mario Strikers (how many mario games lets seeeee)

It's naturally moved around quite constantly, and passing it between teammates charges it, which makes it easier to score a goal.

Round 3 ended without any casualties. Was it too easy?

Next round, I want something hand-held. You use it in your hand. This can be implied use. You don't have to see the character holding it in their hand as long as it makes perfect sense to use your hands for it.

IRON LIZARD from the Metal Slug series. The sprite is from the Neo Geo Battle Coliseum fighting game, it's a bit smaller in it's own series, about as big as a rifle. It fires bombs on wheels that run off in a straight line, exploding tremendously with the first thing they hit.
