I have no problem buying my nieces' and nephews' affection with candy and such. That, combined with my penchant for gaming and cartoons, makes me the fun uncle.

Let me put it this way: Most writers make up a world for their story to take place in. Tolkien made up a story to take place in his world.

The man thought up and designed an entire culture's worth of myth and legend.

The two things I learned today from Jesus Christ Superstar:

- Jews are really good at singing and dancing;
- Judas would just like for someone to tell him where all these whores are coming from.

I have all the DVDs, including the christmas carol and the new year's special. Best comedy, obviously.

The Avengers and TDKR are just completely different sorts of movies. You can say which one you prefer, but it makes little sense to compare them other than that they're both "superhero movies".

The drop system can be a bit tiresome when it forces you to change characters, but you can just drop back if you really want to. I hear the story is really good and sets up KHIII but I'm going to have to see this for myself.

I got to buy it three days before it officially came out, which is about a week before the US release. It's seriously really enjoyable.

Space nerd is one of the best things to be, obviously.
