I did my routine 2 days ago and my legs feel like they're going: "Yeah fuck you too asshole."

I bought a piece of steamed salmon and steamed it again for a few minutes to heat it up then put it on a sandwich with some cucumber.

Delightful.

That was the most depressing episode they ever did. Wow.

Just started playing. Beat the first gym so I immediately transfered in some Pokemon that I want to use on my team. An already evolved Nidoking and a Swablu. Besides that I want to use a Samurott and Ampharos. Not sure on what the final 2 should be.
