I've gotten the chance to play with these. They are really fun, but they have HUGE downsides so they are quite balanced.
The flamethrower is like a reverse backburner. You run out of fire super crazy quick.

IMO, it'd look really cool with Baseball bill's sports shine. It looks really nice though.

But you can't use headshot counters on the snipers. Still funny though.
