Oh good I'm not the only one who thinks that. Tolkien did a lot for fantasy but daisies if it didn't make the ones studying him work for it. Got through Fellowship, Two Towers, and halfway through Return of the King before I just lost all interest.

Not really. A bit tiring at first but sleep schedule adapts. Only problem is when it comes time to identify house numbers and the people don't keep the ones on the sidewalk legible and hide the ones on the house in some random place.
