The GPU seems to be far better though since that's a high end gaming one while the nvidia one there is just a medium strength GPU?
But yeah if you say the CPU is superior I'll probably take that offer.
I checked a bit too and was surprised that Intel seems to be leading in CPUs by far in front of AMD.

Power supply will be enough. I already had to get a new one after I got a stronger GPU in 2011. Took a 700 W one instead of the 400 I had before.

I have no clue about main boards and CPUs. So can someone help me? I want to build a new computer soon. Right now I still have some 6 year old core2duo 2x 2.3 gHz cpu, so basically anything is better than that nowadays.
I want to get a mainboard, good CPU and RAM and stay below 350 € if possible.
