I actually managed to beat It Lives! with the Blue Baby in Binding of Isaac. I feel accomplished. I died afterwards though againstIsaac. I just wanted to get close to get my Meatboy to attack him, then just stay back and wait but just as I came close he fired that 16 directions shot.
