The different Deoxys formes are quite different and exclusive to their respective games.
And we don't even know yet if you can trade over Mewtwonite/Charizardite/otherpokemonite X and Y between games. I seriously hope you can.

Inflation has been increasing at a faster rate than wages for a while. So an increase in minimum wage is a good idea imo.
