Doesn't it also work if you don't set any size in the user control panel? You'd just have to make sure they all respect the size limits beforehand.

Also apparently advertisers like Google and such are paying AdBlock to let theirs through anyway so either there's going to be paid ads that get through the feature or people are going to abandon it completely.
