Even Jolly a lot of others outspeed it. I would suggest testing it out on shoddy or Pokemon Online, but I suggest that before anyone EVs anything that isn't known to work 70% of the time. It's how I got my metal dudes up to competitive level at least. im not ridiculously competitive, especially not...
