True. But Japan could've fixed something like New Orleans in half the time they spent on the Tsunami. And Syobon, that sounds a lot like my city. They repaved one spot on my street 3 times , and its still barely fixed, and it looks like an absolute piece of shit. And the side walks are so half assed...

Japan can rebuild half of their country and continue living in a period of three months, while it takes America 5-6 years to barely fix a chunk of a small state.
