Same here. My solution: go onto some webcamming website, such as Chatroulette, where it starts it up but doesn't show you to other people just yet now, then try and start webcamming. Works the majority of the time.

So, some guy made a Digimon Tamagachi game for the computer. And it's pretty awesome. You can train it, evolve it, clean up its crap, and even battle other people's digimon. It's pretty awesome.
