I've never seen either of those ones, although I remember Bambi 2 getting relatively decent reviews. I thought Lilo & Stitch 2 (not the one that introduced all the other experiments) had pretty decent animation.

I like it mainly because it has loads of awesome retro cars in it (along with an old Volkswagen bus, eeeeeeeee <3), and there's a British version which features the voice of Jeremy Clarkson. For some reason I can watch that movie over and over again and not get bored of it.

I've seen bits of the second Short Circuit, but I don't remember much about it. :L
